Individual counselling & psychotherapy £60 per 50-minute session Sessions are available in person in Nottingham, online or by telephone. Sessions are usually arranged weekly, although we can discuss a frequency that works for you. If you are considering therapy, an initial session gives us an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you would like support with and whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue beyond this session.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are usually arranged weekly, although we can discuss a frequency that works for you. Initial sessions are charged at the standard session fee of £60. Payment is by bank transfer and is due on or before the day of your session. If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours' notice will normally be charged at the full session fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we can discuss these where needed.
